Patisserie Angelica is an award-winning French-style bakery

Founded by sisters Condra Easley and Deborah Morris

Condra, an accomplished pastry chef who trained at some of the most prestigious pastry houses in Paris, set the standard for our elegant, Parisian-style bakeshop. Today, we proudly offer an array of refined desserts, handcrafted chocolates, custom cakes, and the beloved West County High Tea. Deborah, an artist in her own right, ran the café and brought her creative talents to life through her intricate fondant designs, adding unique decorative touches to our one-of-a-kind custom cakes.

In 2018, Condra and Deborah retired, lovingly “passing the whisk” to business partners and new owners Gergana Karabelov and Jennifer Bice. True to the founders’ legacy of innovation and artistry, the bakery continues to thrive. Today, Condra and Deb are living their dream in southern France—where they are still surrounded by beauty, good food, and the sweet life.

As founder of Sebastopol’s Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery, Jennifer brought a lifelong dedication to good food and ethical farming. With over 40 years of experience managing the business, she offered expertise in artisan production and sustainable practices. Her award-winning, handmade goat cheeses reflected her commitment to quality ingredients and small-scale, craftsmanship.

Gergana brings a rich and accomplished culinary background to Patisserie Angelica. A graduate of the Santa Rosa Junior College culinary program, she became a beloved fixture at Sonoma County Farmers Markets with her “Mommy’s Yummy’s” food booth, known for delicious Mediterranean specialties. Her baklava, in particular, earned her a loyal following and showcased her natural talent for pastries.

Gergana spent several months working closely with founders Condra and Deb, learning their techniques, recipes, and meticulous attention to detail—experience that continues to shape her work at the bakery today.

Now as the sole owner of Patisserie Angelica, Gergana is guided by her own values of quality, authenticity, and uncompromising taste. Friends, family, and customers alike experience “a little bit of Paris in Sebastopol” at this beloved local treasure—a true celebration of good food, flavor, and tradition.
