PUMPKIN CAKE
It’s a pumpkin in a pumpkin! This is a moist pumpkin cake with a light sprinkling of pecans and layered with cream cheese icing. Enrobed with our European rolling fondant (it’s tasty) to look like a pumpkin.

AUTUMN TREE CAKE
Your choice of either vanilla bean and raspberry cake or our signature chocolate cake with chocolate fudge and finished with French buttercream. We then decorate with handmade fondant pumpkin and leaf details.

A raspberry dark chocolate truffle mousse cake with two layers of chocolate biscuit, house made raspberry preserves and whole berries, layered with a chocolate mousse. Glazed with our house made chocolate ganache and garnished with chocolate shards with an edible cocoa butter transfer. Topped with a “rose” of chocolate shavings.

THANKSGIVING TURKEY, MINI PUMPKIN, LITTLE GHOST OR MINI BOS CAKES
Our super cute and delicious Thanksgiving Turkey is made with our signature chocolate cake with house-made chocolate fudge and chocolate shavings.
The Mini Pumpkin is a smaller version of our pumpkin-in-a-pumpkin cake; moist pumpkin cake with a light sprinkle of pecans and cream cheese icing between the layers, enrobed in fondant.
The BOS is a mini version of our signature BOS dessert. A dark chocolate dome cake with raspberries and chocolate mousse.
The Little Ghost cake is your choice of either gluten-free carrot cake with cream cheese icing or chocolate cake with chocolate fudge, covered with fondant.

Truffles — available in both Caramel and Raspberry. Caramel is combined with dark chocolate ganache and a cocoa exterior. Raspberry perfumed inside a
textured chocolate exterior.
Peanut Envy — caramel with salted peanuts and peanut butter. Covered with chocolate and sprinkled with French grey sea salt.
Chocolate Palet — solid chocolate round infused with black coconut tea and decorated with edible, artistic design. Available in 3 sizes.
Candied Pecans — We toast California pecan halves with our signature candy topping. Packed in a pretty holiday bag for easy gifting!
House Made Sauces — available by the jar, these are some of the same sauces we use in the Pâtisserie to create our original desserts.
